Refund policy
We know that ordering online can sometimes seem overwhelming. That’s why we make every effort to ensure each customer knows the product they are receiving. From a full video of the book being read with all pictures and wording shown; to a full description and corresponding pictures. Also, all items being packaged with the most sturdy and durable mailers.
Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations. If you need to make a change to an order after it has been placed, please use the contact page to reach us right away. If your order has not been processed, we will do our best to make adjustments. Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order.
However, if your order has already been processed & shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make changes until your shipment has been received, at which time we will work to resolve the issue.
Returns
We want to ensure all our costumers are satisfied with their product.
We will accept returns for full priced unused items in new condition within 7 days after order delivery based on tracking details.
Return Process
- To return an item, please visit the Contact Page and put RETURN at the top of the message with your corresponding information, including your order number OR visit https://shopify.com/70688506176/account to log into your account and process your return through this account. From there, we will email the return process details.
- Once a return has been authorized, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed on the email sent, within 7 days of authorization.
- Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a tracking service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
- After returned items are received, we will inspect them and will process the return, it can take up to 7 business days from the date we receive it. Returned items that are damaged in any way (including signs of wear, pet hair, smoke or other scents) will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from total return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
